Hi, my name is Harley Liechty, CEO and Founder of Get Better Bookkeeping. I worked as a business consultant for five years with one of the leading small business coaching firms in America, Redmond Growth Consulting. We dealt with hundreds of companies every month about growing their companies. Problems included sales, lead generation, digital marketing, hiring, operations, business management, and everything under the sun!
The most consistent problem with every business was that they didn’t know their numbers. Business owners are great at their trade. They are expert plumbers, skilled construction tradesmen, knowledgeable physicians, and great leaders at what they know best. No one starts their business wanting to do accounting and bookkeeping.
